At YMC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and original-condition items. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the items are in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
